Hi! and Welcome to ilyfa. We're glad you dropped by.
We like to build stuff, and hope you do too. We make devices designed to interface with your computer, allowing you to create wonderful sounds and visuals in new and imaginative ways.
We believe in Creative Commons, and open source design - because we also believe in you. We can't wait to see how you might change our devices to make them more fun and better suit your needs.
Through software our devices can become anything you want them to be - whether you need a new instrument to perform, or you're looking for a new way of interacting with 3D visuals - the choice is up to you.
We believe in sharing ideas, and try to make everything we build as accessible as possible with the right documentation, and we hope you'll share the things you make with and out of our devices.
If you have any questions, or just like playing email tag - drop us a line - we'd love to hear from you

mUUshi is a touch controller that can sense tactile pressure and touch position on it's neoprene sensing surface. By taking advantage of smart textiles technology, mUUshi is able to function in the same way as most popular consumer touch solutions. mUUshi is also under Creatives Commons licensing, meaning you can learn how to build your own device, using tools like Arduino, and Cycling 74's Max/MSP/Jitter.
Here's a simple little command line tool to help convert TextToAudio.
TextToAudio is available seperate as a command line tool, or if you want to check out the script for yourself, download the "with source" bundle
We like letting you build things the way you like to build them - our first kit will be available very soon, helping you to design a custom version of our mUUshi 3D fabric touch surface.
